2. Authorization

KATA is a brand authorized by YKL Multi Sdn Bhd, the manufacturer and notifier of cosmetic products under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (NPRA).

3. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website, including fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities, or attempts to interfere with the Website’s functionality.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.
     

4. Products & Information

  • KATA products are marketed as cosmetics, not medicine.
  • All product information provided such as descriptions, benefits or testimonials are for general informational purposes only.
  • Products have been notified to the Ministry of Health Malaysia (NPRA) under the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984. 
  • You are advised to consult a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment via our available payment gateways.
  • Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only, actual times may vary depending on courier service and location.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions in their country.

7. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details. 

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos and proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Due to the nature of cosmetics, opened or used products cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, product names, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Minfinity Business Sdn.Bhd./YKL Multi Sdn. Bhd.  and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Minfinity Business Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By using this Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia 2010.
